Adult Education Budget (AEB)

The Adult Education Budget (AEB) programme engages individuals to provide the skills and learning needed to be ready for work, further education, traineeship, voluntary work or an apprenticeship. The programme is being delivered across all of our centres and localities, please see our centre page.

We will work together to provide flexible tailored programmes of learning to help you engage, build confidence, and/or enhance your wellbeing.

We will support you by:

  • Providing fully qualified Tutors with sector specific experience and knowledge
  • Delivering courses that are flexible to meet your individual needs
  • Supporting with in-depth job search provided through a designated careers coach
  • Encouraging your progression to better your learning experience and journey

We offer a variety of fully funded qualifications from Entry Level to Level 2, including:

  • Warehouse and Storage principles
  • Health and Social Care
  • Customer Service
  • Business Administration
  • Personal Development in Employability
  • ICT
  • Maths
  • English

At our centres you will have access to an information advice and guidance team, computers and the internet, college literature, jobs boards and a warm cup of tea or coffee.

If you are interested in any of our courses you must be currently unemployed or earning less than £15,736.50 annually, qualified at Level 2 (GCSE) or below.
